I’m asking for your vote on November 4 to continue serving as one of your district court judges. My professional career, service to the community and experience on the bench are qualifications I hope you’ll consider. For more than 20 years, I practiced law in Alamance County. I tried many criminal and civil cases in both state and federal courts. I was the county’s first board certified specialist in state and federal criminal law. For seven years, I was a member of the Alamance-Burlington Board of Education. Six of those years I served as board chair. When I sought a vacancy on the district court bench last year, members of the local bar association selected me as their top choice to recommend to the governor. I’ve always strived to be a good public servant, acting fairly and with integrity. You deserve a judge who values these qualities.
